Mid West Funerals provided excellent care to all members of our family during what was a very difficult time. The whole process was seamless and we never felt rushed to make a decision. The endless questions from us were met with nothing but kindness and Paige showed great respect and care throughout.

Our parents died 5 days and 360 kms apart, but Nikki and her crew at Mid West Funerals were able to deal with this situation quickly, efficiently, and without fuss. We made a last minute change to the style of the funeral and who should conduct it, but Nikki stepped in very quickly for us. She conducted the ceremony beautifully. We were delighted with how the day went - the caskets, the flowers, the ceremony program, the provision of seating at the graveside, the clarity of the speaker-system - everything was better than we had imagined. Most importantly, both before and during the ceremony, communication was very clear, so we all knew what we needed to do. Our parent's funeral was simple and dignified - lovely. Thank you.

I cannot even begin to thank Nikki, Paige, Renae and team enough for such a wonderful service to farewell my brother recently. The process was done with ease and I was so well supported during the planning stage. The care and compassion of the girls made such a sad occasion a touching day and I couldn’t have asked for anything more from these girls.

Nikki and her team were a great support to us when both our parents were killed in a car crash, and funerals needed to be arranged. Nikki maintained contact with the Coroner’s office and other authorities, and was able to lead us through a lot of complexities at a very difficult and distressing time. We were able to develop a funeral service that was in keeping with our parent’s beliefs and values, and hold the service in a way that also respected the fairly tight Covid restrictions of the time. We were able to select caskets that were environmentally sound, the floral tributes were made using wildflowers, and a number of mementos of significance to mum and dad were incorporated into both the funerals and the viewing the day before. We cannot speak too-highly of the compassionate, sensitive and professional services and support provided by Nikki and Midwest Funerals. They made a very challenging time a lot easier to deal with, and we cannot thank them enough.

Our heartfelt thank you to Nikki and the team at Mid West Funerals, from the Russell Family, for your very professional guidance and help with our Mother's funeral. Each time we had reason to visit to discuss the arrangements we were greeted with understanding and compassion. The service you conducted was with great dignity and caring, leaving us with some beautiful memories and making this very sad time a lot easier for our family.
