We had a memorial service yesterday at Christian Funerals for my mother. I did not have to worry about a thing as David Vicary and his team did an amazing job welcoming everyone, running the service and generally making everyone feel comfortable. Nothing was too hard for them to do. If you have the very sad task of needing to find an amazing Funeral Director for the passing of someone you love...David Vicary and his team are the people to help you.

Need to upgrade sound system as some songs were played very softly to the point you could hardly hear, while other songs were played so loud you could barely hear yourself sing along. A more consistent, medium volume would have been great. Also they got our choice of songs wrong (they played the wrong version of the songs), even though the singer and version had been specifically requested several days earlier. When my mother asked about a small but important detail to the ceremony, rather than the director showing some grace and compassion, she got the dismissive I do this every day

The warm and friendly team fully supported our very personalised funeral service. Planning was stress-free and reliable. The onsite chapel is an attractive, modern venue. Plenty of parking available.

I attended a funeral on the 22nd Feb 2022 at 10am .I arrived at 9.30 am from Joondalup I approached the entrance and politely asked the lady at the desk if I could have a seat inside,she refused and directed me to spend my time in the shopping centre till the time arrives for the funeral the very rude man said we open at 20am no compassion I wouldn't recommend them to anyone
